The adventure travel dream come true.

The unplanned travel is always better as there are more surprises, and surprises are always exiting. And when you are travelling in Malnad, its rain of refreshing surprises.

As those normal IT people, we did get a shutdown holiday at the end of December 2015.  Our travel plan was very dynamic as there was a critical project to be completed in office, and had to change our departure on Dec 19th, 2015 to Dec 25th,2015. The cost of this change in plan was to miss Satish in this awesome journey.

This time we had three new people joining our Travel Journey Sunil, Lokesh, Siddarth.

Sunil, I better be the VC for his Bike store, as he has inspired so many in his group to take on cycling. And routes mapped by him in South Bangalore are amazing for some one who hates to ride in the regular Traffic.

Lokesh (LOKI), my chaddi dost [though we studied together only in engg], we had cycled together a lot to our college, but since he got married the delicious food made him lazy enough to double his calories. He is back on the saddle again. He speaks non-sense in times, but he is the "wiki" of our group and very kind hearted person.

Siddarth, dude he seems to be little annoying with too many fundas. Trust me travelling together gets you the right picture of a person. Tough i never knew much about him before the journey, got to know a lot.

With very less preparation time we had to hurry up for most of the things in the last minute. Panniers and carriers were must and we had to run between Decathlon and RR cycles to buy all the required accessories. Since I had most of the things bought for the Himalaya Expedition, i had to spend very little this time, but it was shocking bill for Siddarth who bought all of them new. Satish and Vijesh shared their cycling accessories with Sunil and Lokesh. Our Last minute Loki, as usual had got badly stuck with this personnel work and I had to arrange for his BiCycle and rest in the last minute. Thanks for Prashant, coming in as help in the last minute. With all this set we are ready for the exiting journey tomorrow morning.

All Set for the Journey
